Delano Scaife brings a wealth of diverse experience and a unique perspective to the team at Justin Camper Law. A former Deputy Sheriff Sergeant with the Lake County Sheriff's Department, Delano has firsthand knowledge of law enforcement procedures, criminal investigations, and courtroom dynamics. His years in uniform instilled in him a deep understanding of how the criminal justice system operates from the inside—an insight that proves invaluable when advocating for clients facing legal challenges. Delano is a proud alumnus of both Purdue University and DePaul University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Purdue, equipping him with strong analytical and communication skills. He furthered his education with a master’s degree in Public Management from DePaul University, where he honed his leadership capabilities and understanding of governmental operations. Currently, Delano is expanding his skillset by pursuing a second master’s degree at DePaul—this time in Film and Television with a concentration in Cinematography. This creative pursuit reflects his ability to see from multiple angles and tell compelling stories, qualities that also serve him well in the legal field.
