She has gained hands-on experience through internships atTenneco and the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, and her judicial externship with the LaPorte County Superior Court has broadened her perspective, enabling her to approach cases with strategic insight and a deep understanding of the judicial system.

Before pursuing law, Shauna spent several years mentoring and guiding individuals as an academic advisor and coach. This experience shaped her client-centered approach, emphasizing clear communication, collaboration, and personalized strategies to navigate challenges.
